"Constitutional originalist" is another modern label used ad nauseum by low-info-load ppls as a kind of honor badge, but it is really devoid of any meaning of its intent or carry any weight of authority. It's just two words put together and it becomes just another empty title.

"Originalists" interpret the American Constitution based on their own personal worldviews and values with the firm belief that the authors intended it to be a static document. Are these "originalists" really confident in their imagining on what the mindset of those founding authors were when they brainstormed and achieved the consensus that is now the American Constitution? The American Constitution was written to be a living document with open-ended interpretation as part of the intent. That was how the United States of American became a model for modern states the world over.
